Gagnier constructed this nine building condominium project for Komar Investments as a build-to-sale/lease project. The 10-acre, fully landscaped site is located in the redevelopment area of Chino, California.

The city required the installation of new fire hydrants and underground water lines and a sewer hot tap connection in the street. The project's unique design follows the curve of adjacent Daniels Street.

The project was designed with 28-FT clear high warehouses. Each building includes, new 1,200 AMP electrical service, 2 buildings with truck-loading docks with manual overhead doors, automobile and truck parking, and fire access lanes.

The 9 buildings have a total of 32 office suites, 14 with structural mezzanine decking for future office expansion. Each building also includes 1,200 SF interior office space. Masonry block walls fencing and retaining walls were also installed.
