 Gagnier was the prime contractor for this project. The 28 FT clear high shell warehouse and ESFR rated fire sprinklers for high pile and combustible storage was exactly what this manufacture of adhesives needed. The building includes truck-loading docks, truck loading and unloading ramps, automobile and truck parking, and fire access lanes. The structural steel mezzanine was expanded and fully built-out as a second floor office area complete with restrooms & warehouse stairs. At the rear of the building, an additional 1,200SF office space was also constructed. A shipping and receiving office was constructed in the warehouse, and for Pacer employees, two outdoor covered patios with picnic tables and benches were also provided. In addition, 32 louvered smoke hatch skylights were installed in the 65,000SF warehouse. |
